In the day's only Premiership action, Citeh lost to Pompey 2-0, perhaps condemning Sparky to the sack. His Wikipedia page says he is still employed, but that could change. So far all of the FA Cup games have ended in draws, and Chelsea and Watford are at nil nil in the second half. Elsewhere PSV is hosting AZ Alkmaar, and Barca seeks to continue their torrid stretch against Real Betis. Feel free to profess your love for Lionel Messi here.

The AZ-PSV is actually quite entertaining....
dammit...Watford 1-2 Le Sulk in like 2 minutes
AZ now up 2-0. Missed penalty but the rebound goes in. And the call was very questionable in the first place.
Announcer from the Cuse Hoyas game after a Beckham game break:
"ha, he only scores a goal once every 2 and a half months"
yes, thats all he does.
He's also slow.
Mark Gonzalez scoring for Betis against Barca giving them the lead.
God how wrong was Rafa on that guy being the future. Still can't believe he and Bolo Zenden played in a Champions League final.
@Georger: It's also hard to believe Eboue started against Barca in the 06 CL final, and played exceptionally well.
How does Citeh with Robinho not score against a Pompey team that can't defend? I'm terribly vexed.
So, I'm looking to update my Arsenal jersey collection, and need advice. I want the shirt of a player who isn't going to leave anytime soon, but also isn't a complete twat. So RVP, Ade, Gallas, and Eboue are out, right? Who should I get?
Eduardo, Walcott, Nasri, Arshavin.
I'd totally get a Nasri.
I'm thinking either Nasri or Arshavin, but I'd like to see what Andrei is gonna do before investing in his MJ numbered kit.
Senderos
@Georgerer: Would make more sense than Eboue.
my next arsenal will probably be a Nasri.
I already have a Titi and a Clichy.
Collect all the French!
Don't listen to NY kid about Nasri. A Francophile like that shouldn't be trusted. Your best bet for a lifetime Gunner at this point is Almunia. Pony up for a short-sleeve GK shirt.
Or, you could just treat player shirts the way Henry Rollins treats his tattoos. As reminders of where Arsenal was at a certain time. In that case, I'd totally get a Fabregas shirt.
Gallas. Live the sulk.
dammit FA, can't you do a draw that doesn't look like you decided what you wanted beforehand?
I'd go with a Walcott, but I'd feel too much like Arsene, worshipping a youngster. I'm leaning either Clichy or Sagna, going for the darkhorse pick.
blatant handball by Adriano to give Inter a 1-0 lead in the Milan derby...
just saw an Herbalife ad board at the San Siro. I don't seem to remember them having much of a presence in Italian soccer before Becks (BB?)...
