Fat Ronaldo Scores. Incites Riot.

Not only did Fat Ronaldo score for Corinthians, but he netted a stoppage time header to pull his side level 1-1 with Palmeiras.

Other than being his first since returning from injury (and returning to Brazil) the goal isn't that remarkable. But the celebration and the near melée that happens in its wake are both awesome and scary. Maybe we just don't get how big of a star Ronaldo is (or was), but the level of adoration here something between Jesus and Elvis.

Again, the goal itself isn't that remarkable. The most athletic thing about the entire sequence is when Ronny manages to jump high enough to get his weight over the ad banner. Maybe the legs will hold up.

We're also happy to report that the press successfully mobbed him while managing not to poke his eye out. Brazilians, they're quick learners. Save maybe for the whole near-rioting thing.

Anyway, hat tip to The Offside and not to be dicks or anything, but the 47th minute of the second half, isn't the 96th minute. Yeah, yeah, glass houses. We're sure it's an honest mistake.
