What bottomless well of cash is Real Madrid dipping from?
It's going to be fun watching this team when they realize the game is still played with just one ball.
Well they're largely debt free and have record profits which I'm pretty sure are close to triple digit million pounds.
Plus the city constantly pays off their debt for them.
i read (I believe on el pais) that perez brought a 300 million pound transfer kitty with him in the form of a bank loan. that was a few weeks back though.

That article talks about the transfer kitty, but not directly. I can't find the article that talks about it directly.
Basically, Madrid still have quite a bit of money to spend.

Madrid is a "public trust". Interested parties (personal, business, and governmental) will make funds available at otherwise unavailable rates on the credit market to ensure that the Madrid "public trust" is bettered...And Perez won his presidential battle by aligning more of these sources behind him then his opposition. And Madrid make insane amounts of cash on "branding" throughout the Spanish-speaking world. Kaka and CR7 will pay back their "fees" in the first year in jerseys, etc, if the numbers I've seen are correct (IF)?
