Sir Alex has reached the end of his rope it seems, and has shipped the petulant striker to Real Madrid for 80 Million Pounds. I'm sure he's miffed that he was worth less than Kaka, but they can perhaps compare which bath soaps help soothe their skin after a tough match. No word on what the Manchester United fans are doing right now, other than convincing themselves that a Rooney is better than a pretty boy.

First, As an Aresenal fan, Finally the witch is gone.
I am baffled by Real. There are only so many minutes to spread around to guys who are used to being "the man." This will end poorly, IMHO.
Nobody can be an upgrade at his position imo, even if he won't be as good at Real because he has a mediocre at best defense behind him who won't be able to protect his shitty two way play.
Also, that's a shitload more expensive than Kaka, not sure why he'd be miffed.
fergie is gonna sign the next big thing with all that cash, silva or ribery are on their waaaaaay
Glad to see that Perez learned from his previous attempt to treat reality like FIFA '09.
Having the support of a fascist dictator for the better part of forty years does have its benefits - namely building up a reserve of bullion rivaling Fort Knox.
Oh man, I don't even know what to say about this. Glad he's out of the prem, but I don't want to see him in la liga either.
I hope Kaka gets really fed up with his Godless booze-and-hookers lifestyle and tries to convert him and they both end up getting annoyed and hating each other.
Ugh, I was all excited about Real Madrid coming to DC too. Fuck you, cron.
Yeah! What she said! ^
We all knew this was coming, but now that it happened, I'm still like "wow." $131.6m for a footballer? I mean, if you're willing to pay . . .
So, anything important happening lately? No transfer news, huh? Interesting. I thought Perez would have more of an impact at Madrid.
bring on Ribery! bring on Benzema! bring on Villa/Silva!
but by God, bring on somebody. because we aren't going to win a fourth straight with Daniel Welbeck and Darron Gibson, that's for damn sure.
e$.
Are you guys getting a group together for the Real Madrid and DCU game?
I love this. So much potential to end badly. 'I belong to Jesus' paired with 'I belong to hookers' for googobs of money. My fandom for Barça grows even greater. Whens the first El Classico?
/laughing maniacally
all the more reason to hate los blancos. we'll see how cron does with the manager merry-go-round.
soccernet (take it as you will) also has a story that chelsea have lost out to real madrid for villa's signature. oy.
Don't spam, it's not nice. If you are going to spam, at least embed your links. It's the thoughtful thing to do.
@oyeoro-
UF has no plans for a meet up beyond Chelsea-AC Milan in Baltimore. You may get a stray one or two nonetheless.
So now that this is over, what's the next big boring transfer saga? Tevez? Villa? This transfer season is turning out to be the complete opposite of last years.
with 80m added to the bank i think man united are going to be more dangerous. they'll attract at least 1 major player
CR7:
you know how I know you are secretly closeted?
