Quick Throw: Man U looking at Ribery

Should Ronaldo leave, Fergie's lining up a world-record bid for Franck Ribery. The Frenchman is good; let YouTube show you the light.

63 million pounds for Ribery. Let that sink in for a minute.

What if I told you that Ronaldo will leave and Ribery will not sign for Man U? Is that something you'd be interested in?

Yes, yes I would. Because while Ronaldo scares the shit outta me, Ribery is a much more complete player in terms of creativity and teamwork. IMO, of course.

plus, Ribery is prettier.

Meh. Ribery has yet to prove himself in a real league.

The only player I don't think is a downgrade is Messi, and that sure as shit isn't happening.

Well, NYK, that goes without saying.

Add him to the growing list of "Ronaldo replacements" the British media are trying to pin on us. Kaka, Messi, and now a French toddler named Sofiane Feghouli are all supposedly coming to Old Trafford in the Summer. I believe it when I see it.

And the way the Whites have been playing lately, I think CR9/7 would be crazy to leave.

don't you know that Feghouli is the next Zidane?

It says so on his Wikipedia page!
