Because absolutely no one cares what I think, here are my predictions for the 2008/2009 EPL:
1-Arsenal (Islington eyes are smiling) 2-Man Utd 3-Liverpool 4-Chelsea (Scolari to be gone by March) 5-Everton (This is probably too high, but i have a feeling their defense will win them a lot of games.) 6-Aston Villa 7-Man City (With the Thaksin saga becoming uglier, anything in the top 10 might be a success. In Hughes We Trust.) 8-Portsmouth 9-Newcastle (Am I the only one who thinks the Koogan can actually get something out of the shite they call players on Tyneside?) 10-Tottenham ($100 million on signings, and yet spent nothing on shoring up the 2nd worse defense in the EPL last year.) 11-West Ham 12-Blackburn 13-Sunderland 14-Bolton 15-Middlesbrough 16-W.B.A. 17-Fulham (Escape the drop once again) 18-Wigan (Maybe this is just my big market mentality, but I just can't see how Wigan has continued to stay up -- piss-poor pitches help -- even with Steve Bruce on the sidelines.) 19-Stoke City 20-Hull City

They do have Cahill, but they also lost Carsley, which helps, a little. The backline rarely gets booked, refs have come to terms with TIMM-MAY!'s Tourette's. Plus, with the exception of derbies, I've never really heard of their supporters acting a fool (but I suppose I'd react the same way if you ever tipped BCFC to win Fair Play [assuming they ever come back to the Prem])

Maybe we can pip Pool for fourth

Keith - I'd like to see that. But Team KeaneTorres is arguably the best striker duo in the Prem this season.
